Because our pumpkins are purchased and reserved specifically for the season, orders are generally final once processed.

If you need to make a change to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability and how close we are to your scheduled delivery.

Fall weather in South Texas can be unpredictable!

If severe weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical for our team to complete a delivery, we may need to adjust your delivery date.

If we need to make a weather-related change, we'll communicate with you directly and work to reschedule your delivery within our available service window.

For the 2026 season, Pumpkin Parlor deliveries will take place during our scheduled delivery weeks:

• September 28 – October 4

• October 5 – October 11

• October 12 – October 18

You will select your preferred delivery week when reserving your package.

Because we serve a limited number of homes each season, delivery dates and availability are subject to our service schedule. We will contact you to get the exact day and time for delivery.

You do not need to be home when we arrive. As long as we have access to your front porch and the area is ready for your display, our team can complete your setup while you're away.

We'll leave your porch styled and ready for you to come home to your fall transformation. 🎃

The Pumpkin Parlor proudly serves San Antonio and surrounding areas, like Stone Oak & Alamo Heights, including select communities in the greater San Antonio area.

We also service surrounding communities such as Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, & New Braunfels.

Our packages are designed for different porch sizes and levels of fall abundance.

Package #3 is our smaller display and is a great option for homeowners who want a beautiful seasonal touch while still leaving room to add their own decorations.

Package #2 provides a fuller, more layered display and works beautifully for medium-sized porches and entryways.

Package #1 is our largest and most abundant display, designed for larger porches, grand entrances, and homeowners who want a true statement-making fall display.

Our pumpkins are natural products and, just like anything grown in a field, each pumpkin is unique.

You may notice natural differences in shape, color, size, texture, and markings. These characteristics are part of the charm of using real pumpkins and gourds.

Pumpkin longevity depends on several factors, including weather, temperature, sunlight, moisture, and how the pumpkins are cared for.

We carefully select, clean, and handle our pumpkins, but we cannot guarantee a specific lifespan or prevent natural deterioration. However, we have noticed that most of the pumpkins last anywhere between 6 - 8 weeks +

Yes! End-of-season removal and disposal options are available for an additional fee.

If you select our removal service, we'll coordinate a pickup after the fall season and remove the eligible pumpkins and hay from your display.

Please note: carved, damaged, or significantly decayed pumpkins may not be eligible for removal. Customers may be responsible for disposing of pumpkins that are no longer suitable for pickup.

We'll provide additional pickup instructions as the season comes to an end.
